I pray you are enjoying God’s Blessings. God has a plan for your life, not just the eternal to come but the one you are experiencing now. God wants all good for you but the devil wants all bad for you, you must decide which plan you want to live.
God wants you to live a country life: Spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, etc.
The devil wants you to live a city life: spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, etc.
The following presentation will tell you what the situation is and what you should do in prayer, research and study; that you may enjoy God’s Blessed plan for you. This message changed my life; I moved from a major U.S. metropolitan area of over 4 million to the country where my nearest town is 20 miles to the south and 30 miles to the north. I live in the mountains with a population density of 1.92 persons per square mile (population 16,297 / 8,503.2 square miles).
To put this population density into perspective, allow me to share the following comparison with Manhattan, New York: http://worldpopulationreview.com/boroughs/manhattan-population/
Manhattan is one of five boroughs of New York City and has the same boundaries as New York County… Manhattan has an estimated population of 1.63 million people, all living in an area of just 23 square miles… On weekdays, the number of commuters pushes the Manhattan population to more than 3.9 million, or 170,000 people per square mile.
Please consider this information within the Biblical context of Genesis 1 and 2. When God made all things perfect, the habitat for mankind was country life not urban. If living in cities was God’s perfect plan for us, He would have placed Adam and Eve in a skyscraper in downtown Manhattan.
In my evaluation, I consider living as closely as possible in a Eden type environment most important because of the closeness that we can enjoy with God, made ten times harder in an urban environment.
I base this perspective on Genesis 2 and 3:
Genesis 2King James Version (KJV) Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens,
5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
8 And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
Genesis 3:8King James Version (KJV)
8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day:
Can you imagine spending time with God, conversing with Him face to face in the most beautiful garden ever created. Because of sin we are limited to conversing with the Creator through prayer; having a conversation with God or human is ten times easier in a quiet lush garden vs. a noisy-crowded-foul-toxic-dangerous city.
